Classic Ceviche

Laura
Classic Ceviche is a refreshing Latin American seafood dish made by marinating fresh white fish in lime juice, combined with onions, cilantro, and chili peppers. The citrus 'cooks' the fish, creating a vibrant and tangy appetizer perfect for warm days.
