  • ½ cup Milk Whole or 2% milk recommended

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Drizzle with lemon glaze if desired and garnish with fresh berries or edible flowers.
