Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey lean
  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add garlic and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in diced tomato and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add sliced zucchini and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a low-carb option, serve over cauliflower rice. Add bell peppers or spinach for more color and nutrients.
