  • 5 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 3 lemons, juiced freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 10 ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend the peeled and pitted peaches until smooth.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the peach puree, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and cold water.
  • Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Adjust sugar to taste. You can substitute sparkling water for a fizzy version or add a splash of ginger ale for extra flavor.
