Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and Green Beans Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth low-sodium preferred
  • 1 piece lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Add green beans to the same skillet and sauté until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra depth, add a pinch of crushed red pepper or a sprinkle of Parmesan before serving.
