Dough & Filling

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Cut the pizza dough into 1-inch pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes to the bowl and toss the dough until evenly coated.
  • Fold in mozzarella, pepperoni pieces, and Parmesan cheese. Mix gently to distribute toppings.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
