Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
Cut the pizza dough into 1-inch pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes to the bowl and toss the dough until evenly coated.
Fold in mozzarella, pepperoni pieces, and Parmesan cheese. Mix gently to distribute toppings.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
